Person Specification
Experience
* Minimum 2 years experience in a graphic design role
* Experience of working within a busy marketing/communications function
* Voluntary sector or healthcare experience
Knowledge
* High level of competence in MS Office applications
* Extensive application of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Canva
* Local knowledge of the Hospice's geographical area
Qualifications / Training
* Educated to at least HND level in Graphic Design
Skills / Abilities
* Ability to design with a creative flair
* Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels and internal/external
* Ability to produce creative, accurate, detailed work to deadlines
* Ability to effectively juggle competing demands and prioritise workload
