About the Role As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will support young people with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, education, and personal development in a safe and nurturing environment. You will work closely with the wider team to provide high-quality care and positive outcomes for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
