Job Overview
As a Manufacturing Excellence Leader, you will develop and project manage global manufacturing initiatives, including new site set ups. You will define improvements and manufacturing standards that drive consistent performance, safety, quality and productivity.
Responsibilities
* Leading the planning and execution of new site set ups and developing lower cost solutions
* Defining and maintaining global manufacturing standards across all plants
* Creating centralized knowledge bases and playbooks while establishing standardized job roles, RACIs, and span‑of‑control guidelines across sites
* Implementing consistent cost‑allocation methods for direct and indirect manufacturing costs
* Partnering with Finance to harmonize costing, variance analysis, and productivity tracking
Qualifications
* Graduated in engineering or a related field
* Major experience in multi‑site manufacturing leadership, including greenfield/brownfield and new‑site setups
* Proven success establishing standards and governance across manufacturing networks
* Strong financial acumen in cost allocation, product costing, and variance analysis
* Lean/Six Sigma capability, ideally at Black Belt level
* Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing analytics, and PLCs/SCADA/OT cybersecurity
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change‑leadership effectiveness
