Area Sales Manager
The Role:
An exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join a highly respected UK manufacturer of meat processing machinery and consumables. Covering a well-established customer base across the southern region of the UK, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts ranging from SMEs to multinational food manufacturers.
You'll spend four days a week visiting customers and prospects-typically two site visits per day-and one day working from home to plan and book appointments. You'll work closely with production teams to help optimise manufacturing processes and introduce new solutions. With heavy investment in R&D and a robust stockholding, the business provides the tools you need to succeed.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Area Sales Manager position, you'll ideally have:
* B2B sales experience
* A strong desire to learn and develop within a sales role
* A technical mindset and confidence working alongside engineers
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel the region, with overnight stays when required

The Package for Area Sales Manager:
* £35,000 basic salary
* £10,000 - £15,000 bonus and commission - uncapped (top earners hitting £40k+)
