Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Tayside, Angus, Perthshire, and the Central Belt. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing comprehensive business strategies. Daily responsibilities include attending client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility. The role also involves analyzing market trends, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications

* Experience in Client Relationship Management and Contract Negotiation
* Proficiency in Market Analysis and Account Management
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
* Experience in the construction industry is advantageous
