I have worked with a variety of clinical/healthcare applications such as PACS, RIS, EPR, EHR, PAS, LIMS, LIS, and ePMA. I am qualified to Prince2 Practitioner level. I possess matrix leadership skills, both internally and externally. I have a strong background in project control, planning, and documentation. I have experience in financial management, including milestone completion, billing, and change control. I understand risk management and governance principles. I am skilled in contractual management. I can create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations. I have exceptional client and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: I manage a portfolio of enterprise clinical/healthcare software projects within the NHS. I lead, monitor, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. I ensure all project management activities are efficiently handled from end to end. I handle risk, resource, and change management effectively. I oversee financial control and maintain executive stakeholder relationships. I manage solution teams and coordinate resources across delivery, development, and third-party vendor teams. I prepare project documentation and status reports. I host both internal and external project meetings. I motivate and lead my team towards project goals. I ensure contractual acceptance processes are followed.
