* Design and support workflow automation using Power Automate and M365 tooling to reduce repetitive tasks for staff.
* Work with APIs and integrations to improve data flows and unlock secure automation opportunities.
* Champion safe AI adoption—supporting colleagues with troubleshooting, guidance, training resources and a SharePoint‑based prompt library.
* Keep security and governance front‑and‑centre, working to cyber security best practice and helping maintain/extend College AI policy.
* Contribute to wider senior infrastructure work as needed (e.g., Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Purview and related platforms).

* Experience working in an IT environment with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and service delivery.
* Hands‑on experience with AI tools, LLMs or automation platforms (ideally Copilot Studio and/or Power Automate).
* Good awareness of cyber security best practice and a commitment to secure‑by‑design delivery.
* Confidence writing clear documentation and creating user‑friendly guidance or training materials.
* Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills and the ability to work with a wide range of colleagues across departments.
* Desirable: Level 3 IT qualification, degree in IT/Computer Science (or similar), and/or relevant industry certifications.
* Desirable: Experience with SharePoint information architecture, data governance, and AI readiness principles.
Benefits

* Employee Assistance Programme.
* Local Government Pension Scheme.
* Continued Professional Development.
* Free breakfast at most campuses (term time).
* Free parking subject to obtaining a parking permit.
* Various other benefits available, such as subsidised eye tests, contribution to flu injections, cycle to work schemes, RAC discounts and more.
