Our teams integrate seamlessly into client environments, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in every project.The RoleWe are currently recruiting 5 x Quality Business Analysts to work with our client’s Quality and Digital Strategy group and Senior Lab Systems Lead, supporting Lab Execution System (LES) deployment.We are seeking highly motivated and organised individuals with previous experience of instrumental methods, GMP testing activities, and data management systems such as Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).This role is suited to hybrid working with an expectation that at least two days per week will be spent working at our client’s site.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the interface between lab users and IT for system deployments (e.g., LES, LIMS, CDS)Optimize laboratory application usage and ensure compliance with GMP standardsSupport digital transformation initiatives within regulated environmentsWhat We’re Looking ForDegree in a relevant scientific discipline, for example, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or Biological Science, or equivalent professional experienceExpert knowledge of Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) and/or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)Experience in implementation and management of IT and automated equipmentExperience in data management, governance and reporting / analyticsStrong understanding of GMP testing and quality control processesWhy Synergy?Competitive salary and benefits package.Continuous training & developmentLocation: Hybrid with two days at siteContract: Permanent, full-time.Apply TodayBe part of a team that drives innovation and quality in life sciences.
