The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 within the classroom.
* Work alongside class teachers to help deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
* Provide 1:1 and small-group academic support where required.
* Assist with classroom management and student engagement.
* Support pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities.
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Person Specification
We are looking for a graduate who:
* Holds a 2:1 or above in any degree subject (Education, Psychology, English, Maths, or related subjects desirable).
* Has a genuine interest in working with young people and education.
* Is enthusiastic, patient, and reliable.
* Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Has experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
