Location: Castle Cary.
Salary: £39,600‑45,400 dependent on experience & performance bonus.
Schedule: Mon‑Fri 8am‑4pm.

The Role: Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles. Works closely with operations, maintenance teams and supply chains to manage work orders, materials and resources, driving operational excellence and safety compliance.

Qualifications
* Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
* Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module
* In‑depth knowledge of TPM principles
* Maintenance planning and scheduling expertise
* Data analysis and continuous improvement skills
* Cross‑functional collaboration and communication
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule preventive, predictive and autonomous maintenance activities using SAP PM
* Implement and support TPM initiatives, coordinate autonomous maintenance, focused improvement and quality maintenance activities
* Manage material reservations and parts booking in SAP
* Conduct regular audits of inventory and parts usage
* Manage work orders and maintenance documentation in SAP
* Analyze maintenance data and drive continuous improvement using SAP reports and KPIs

Location: Mells, Somerset or Newport, South Wales.

Mission: Provide a safe, cost‑effective and proactive maintenance engineering planning service that facilitates excellence in executing maintenance activities for factory assets and equipment. Ensure engineering spares and inventory are catalogued and available to support asset reliability.
* Develop and deliver all elements within the Engineering Plan
* Ensure all assets meet legal standards and insurance requirements
* Implement an effective Engineering Planning System that maximises resource utilisation
* Produce weekly engineering schedules to maintain asset reliability
* Coordinate modular overhaul activities and produce agreed plans
* Schedule a balanced PM system to achieve engineering KPIs
* Measure and publish engineering KPIs weekly
* Implement chosen computerized maintenance management system
* Develop asset block diagrams and unit structures for CMMS and PPM schedules
* Manage spares, track asset costs and equipment reliability
* Manage, track and report engineering spend, match invoices and delivery notes
* Support Site Engineering Team with day‑to‑day issues across the site
* Support delivery and cascade of site objectives to engineering team
* Maintain effective relationships with site contacts (operators, engineers, suppliers)
* Participate in training and development of self and team
* Support continuous improvement plan and activities
* Manage a small team
