You will direct them to parking spaces upon arrival, assist with them making their car parking payments, and also help sign them up for membership if they wish to join the National Trust .The core part of your job is to give vital and positive support to your colleagues, wherever you’re needed, with a focus on greeting and helping visitors. You’ll also be on hand to resolve customer issues in a friendly and helpful way. Tasks could include welcoming visitors,picking litter, directing cars to spare spaces, and answering questions about how to use our parking machines and parking apps.
