Overview
The role is a Graduate Audit Assistant for the Thames Valley team, entailing a 3‑year training contract with the goal of completing the ACA qualification. You will be a valued member from day one, engaging quickly with client work and gaining exposure to the full breadth of services Crowe provides.
You will develop the skills to deliver independent audit insights, apply high‑quality audit expertise, and challenge assumptions.
Responsibilities
* Deliver independent audit insights and challenge information provided by organisations.
* Collaborate with the audit team and client stakeholders on audit engagements.
* Attend off‑site external training sessions, including overnight stays when required.
* Progress through the training contract toward the ACA qualification.
Qualifications
* BBC or 112 UCAS points from three A Levels (or equivalent).
* GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Mathematics and English Language.
* Willingness to travel to clients and other offices; full UK driving licence preferred.
* Proof of ability to attend external training, including possible overnight stays.
* Demonstrated personal drive, integrity, teamwork, curiosity, resilience, and agility.
* Academic performance is not the sole basis for selection.
