Role: Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester Salary: From £27k, commensurate to experience A well-established multi-service Law Firm based in Greater Manchester is looking for an ambitious Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team. The role is initially a 9-Month FTC, with the possibility of leading to a full-term permanent role. The Conveyancing team is highly regarded as property leaders across the industry and now it has an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal looking to work on diverse, high-value matters. The role: You will independently manage your own caseload of Declaration of Trust’s across Conveyancing and Re-mortgage files You will be the first point of contact for your own clients, liaising with them frequently and relevant third parties About you: You will have at least 2 years’ experience managing your own Residential Conveyancing files You will ideally have exposure to Declarations of Trust matters, but this is not essential as training will be provided In return, you can expect: Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office, after initial training period Generous annual leave, plus your birthday off!
