This warm, welcoming, and well-established service provides essential short breaks for children and young people aged 8–18 with disabilities. You’ll be leading an experienced, confident, and committed team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and positive experiences for the children who use our service. Who we are looking for… We’re looking for a compassionate and resilient leader who: Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Has experience managing residential care services, ideally with children and young people with disabilities Understands regulatory frameworks and can ensure continued Ofsted compliance Is passionate about inclusion, safeguarding, and empowering children to thrive Can motivate and support staff, promote best practice, and maintain a positive team culture About the Home: Our short breaks home provides a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children with a range of disabilities can enjoy time away from home, make friends, and take part in enriching activities.
