About the Role This role will focus on managing CRM channels, primarily email and SMS marketing. You’ll play a key role within a busy marketing function, working closely with design, retail marketing, and digital teams to deliver engaging and effective CRM campaigns. The position covers the full CRM lifecycle — from campaign planning and briefing through to build, delivery, optimisation, and performance analysis.
