Role Overview
As a Customer Development Executive, you will help grow Britvic’s market share within your territory by driving sales of our product portfolio, including Pepsi Max, 7Up, Lipton, Tango, Robinson’s, Rockstar, Carlsberg, 1664, Poretti Beer, and Jimmy's. Your focus will be on maximizing brand availability and visibility in Symbol and Independent stores.
Requirements
* Previous experience in Convenience, Business Development, or FMCG is preferable.
* Field-based role requires a Full UK driving licence.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with a Regional Sales Manager to contact existing retailers and establish new business opportunities.
* Create and implement a business plan for your territory to maximize sales.
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and executing tailored solutions.
* Develop a territory business plan focusing on sales growth and market share expansion.
* Support team goals by achieving key selling metrics and maintaining high standards of customer management.
* Adopt a category-based selling approach to benefit both retail outlets and Britvic.
* Use data and evidence to drive best practices and share successes across the team.
* Demonstrate a growth mindset and adaptability to overcome challenges and win over stores.
About You
* You are passionate, driven, and target-oriented, capable of bringing brands to life.
* You thrive on being the key contact for customers, driving new business, and maintaining relationships.
* You have experience in Direct Sales, Convenience, or FMCG, and possess strong negotiation skills.
* You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* You are well-organized, self-motivated, and proficient in IT and social media.
* You are resilient, energetic, and able to work proactively as part of a team.
* You hold a full manual driving licence, are eligible to work in the UK, and live within a 60-minute commute of the role location.
