* Supervise and manage transactional finance processes, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Managing rents and services charges
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
* Oversee daily cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
* Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for internal stakeholders.
* Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Profile
A successful Transactional Finance Manager should have:
