We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled operative to join our team. Working across Cambridgeshire, Main towns Cambridge, Peterborough, Stevenage, Hitchin, Luton, Bedford, Haverhill.
Overview
Job description: Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fitting etc within a social housing setting. You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Carry out responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties.
* Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work including minor plumbing, joinery, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fitting, etc., within a social housing setting.
* Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided).
* Work efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve high-quality customer experience.
Requirements / Qualifications
* NVQ level 2 Building Maintenance Operative (or equivalent).
* Ideally a CSCS Blue Skilled Workers Card.
* Good health & safety knowledge.
* Customer-focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties.
* Passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. Social Housing maintenance experience is desirable.
* Own tools and a valid full UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months.
