Purpose
The Head of Quality is responsible for monitoring and implementing the first line operational quality and continuous improvement strategy within Learning and Skills. Ensuring the effective and timely provision of all related services in line with relevant legislation, contracts, Education Inspection Framework and quality standards.
This will involve managing a team of Quality and Curriculum staff and implementing high-quality teaching, learning and assessment strategies, whilst also adhering to and monitoring against quality assurance processes that validate the quality of our program delivery and achieving the organisational aims outlined in the Shaw Trust Strategic Directive.

This is a fixed term position for 12 months
Location:
You will be homebased with the willingness to travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
