SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – West Drayton Area (via Teaching Personnel)
Day Rate: £89.38 – £92.05
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Work Pattern: Term time only
Contract: Permanent
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting on behalf of primary schools in the West Drayton area of West London. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive school environment with access to strong CPD and collaboration across a wider network of schools.
We are seeking to appoint a SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work with children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 who have complex needs. The role focuses on supporting children to access the curriculum and meet personal developmental and learning targets.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have effective communication skills
* Be proactive and use their initiative
* Show a strong passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs
* Have experience or an interest in working with children who have speech, language, and communication difficulties (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
