Manufacturing Operative – Norwich
Pay: £12.21 per hour for days and £12.31 per hour for nights
Select Recruitment is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established production team specialising in high-quality UPVC windows and doors.
Hours – choose the shift that suits you best:
* Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 5:00 PM – 4:00 AM
* Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 5:45 AM – 3:15 PM, Friday 5:45 AM – 1:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate premium UPVC windows and doors using the appropriate machinery and tools
* Manufacture frames and assist in loading and unloading bays
* Maintain high standards of product quality and contribute to productivity targets
* Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
* Participate in continuous learning and development within the role
What We’re Looking For
* Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
* Willingness to learn and follow Health & Safety guidelines
* Ability to work well in a team within a fast-paced environment
* Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
