Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils with SEND on a daily basis
* Work within the classroom and specialist provision
* Encourage engagement, communication and social interaction
* Implement behaviour support strategies consistently
* Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Additional Information
* Role is based in a SEND resource provision
* Pupils supported have ASC and ADHD
* Candidates must be comfortable with personal care
* Experience managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour is essential
