We are seeking a reliable and organised Stores & Logistics Operative to support the efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of materials and products throughout the business. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and book in goods from customers and suppliers. Verify deliveries for correct quantities, quality, and documentation. Pick, kit, and issue materials to production in line with manufacturing schedules. Prepare, label, package, and dispatch customer orders accurately. Conduct visual quality checks on goods before dispatch. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to Procurement. Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems. Carry out deliveries and collections as required. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and comply with Health & Safety and IMS requirements (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001). Requirements: Forklift/Counterbalance licence. Basic IT skills, including inventory systems and Microsoft Word. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently. Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
