The Role: You will handle a high‑quality and complex caseload of leasehold enfranchisement and leasehold dispute matters, with significant autonomy and client exposure. Responsibilities will include: Acting on leasehold enfranchisement matters, including collective enfranchisement and lease extensions Managing complex leasehold disputes and litigation Advising clients on block management and landlord & tenant issues Handling matters with minimal supervision Developing and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships Playing an active role in the growth and profile of the department Your Profile: Qualified Solicitor with 5–10 years’ PQE in leasehold enfranchisement and leasehold disputes Strong background in leasehold litigation and advisory work Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently Commercial and client‑focused approach South Coast‑based or open to relocation A client following or established referrer network is highly desirable, but not essential What’s on Offer?
