Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious marketing professional, ready to play a part in the continued growth and evolution of our $2B, publicly traded, global organizational consulting firm. Our Regional Marketing Specialist will be embedded with our regional sales teams to support regional business development initiatives. You will help develop and execute marketing activities to help drive lead flow including, local event promotion and logistics, localization of sales materials, regional email outreach and local demand campaigns that build awareness, nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close. You should have a successful track record of fostering valuable partnerships with sales and helping them hit their targets through custom and personalized business development strategies and tactics. This position will collaborate closely with Korn Ferry's digital sales and corporate marketing campaign teams to plan and execute activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and grow. This is a strategy as well as an execution role where you will dream it, design it, and do it.
Responsibilities
* Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships.
* Develop campaigns and approaches to solve regional challenges.
* Strategize, build, and execute integrated regional campaigns that involve email marketing, and other channels as you see fit.
* Assist regional sales team as needed, including increasing brand awareness locally/regionally, and driving leads and MQLs for your sales region.
* Manage internal communication between sales and marketing.
* Manage production of localized content.
* Report on regional marketing ROI and performance.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent writing skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.
* Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
* Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
* Strong project management, time management, and execution skills.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to anticipate the needs of sales.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in marketing / communications, or relevant work experience.
