Are you a qualified lifeguard looking for an opportunity in a dynamic and welcoming environment? We’re looking for a Leisure Assistant – Lifeguard to support our Finlake Holiday Park, ensuring our pools and leisure facilities are safe, clean, and enjoyable for all guests.

What You’ll Do
* Lifeguard our indoor and/or outdoor swimming pools, ensuring the safety of all guests and responding to emergencies as required
* Ensure all health and safety standards are followed and upheld at all times
* Deliver engaging activity sessions, ensuring guests have a fun and safe experience
* Set up and pack away leisure equipment efficiently between activities
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the leisure facilities, including pool areas
* Support guests with general enquiries and ensure they have a positive experience at our facilities
Who We’re Looking For
* A Valid NPLQ Certificate (Essential)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages
* A positive, professional attitude with great teamwork and problem‑solving abilities
* A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings
Desirable Skills
* Previous activity leadership experience (Desirable)
* GB Archery Award or similar activity coaching qualification (Desirable)
