Senior Client Services Manager (251584) | Sunderland | Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw)
Salary £28,174 per annum plus health cash plan and matching pension. Permanent contract. Location: Sunderland. We can’t offer a CoS for this role. Home, a place where you belong.

What you’ll do
* Lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support services
* Be the safeguarding lead and ensure safe, supportive environments
* Manage contracts, budgets and KPIs to meet commissioner expectations
* Coach and develop your team to be their best every day
* Support your Operations Manager to meet regulatory standards

You have
* Experience managing people or services in housing, care or support
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence to lead in this area
* Great people skills to coach, challenge and inspire your team
* A passion for helping customers achieve their goals
* On call shift payment of £14.30 per session
* You’ll work Monday to Friday. A flexible pattern can be discussed at interview.
* We work between the hours of 9:00 to 17:00
* You’ll work from our Sunderland service, which is easily accessed by public transport
