Project Manager - Leatherhead The primary responsibility of the Project Manager role is to act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Responsibilities:
3. Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
4. Establish effective project structures, roles, and responsibilities.
5. Plan, monitor, and report on project progress using established governance.
6. Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Ensure alignment with organisational methodologies and quality standards.
8. Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
9. Manage third-party vendors and ensure seamless integration of external services.
10. Lead multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and resources effectively.

12. Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with director-level leaders
13. Confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising effectively
14. Skilled in third-party/vendor management, including on-boarding and performance oversight
15. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
16. Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
17. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and planning abilities
18. Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with a mix of office and remote collaboration
