Job Overview Britvic is seeking a dynamic and committed Technical Operator to join our team in the Food & Beverages industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products that delight our customers. As a Technical Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and operating specialized equipment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Role Responsibilities Monitor and operate production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor repairs as needed. Adhere to strict quality control procedures, ensuring products meet stringent specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Experience and Key Attributes Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional technical training or certification in a relevant field is an advantage. Certifications Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
