As a valued member of our team, you will ensure we maintain our exceptional standard of quality and risk oversight for our Partner Firms, Advisers, and Practice Supervisors. Your insightful approach and collaborative mindset will be vital in fostering positive relationships across all our stakeholder groups.

* £50-£63k DOE
* Bonus scheme - on-target bonus - 10%

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver supervision in alignment with Openwork's Assurance Model and Supervision Framework.
* Adopt a proactive risk management approach, identifying root causes and formulating effective remedial actions.
* Use critical thinking and MI/Data to guide your supervision priorities.
* Foster a culture of competence, good conduct, and excellent client outcomes.
* Balance commerciality and regulatory risk effectively.
* Take ownership of your supervision activities, maintaining regulatory requirements and addressing emerging risks.
What You Bring:
* Experience supervising Advisers, with proven technical guidance and subject matter expertise.
* Solid understanding of the FCA T&C Handbook and the broader regulatory environment.
* Experience applying FCA Handbook expertise flexibly and confidently across a range of scenarios.
* Experience working effectively with sales and business development teams or evidence of the requisite competencies to do so.
Qualifications:
* CeMAP or equivalent
* Level 4 DipFA or equivalent
* Experience in supervising advisers
