ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Oxford
SALARY: £27,000 basic, 30k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 5.30. NO SATURDAY ROTA!
Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our clients main dealership.
Duties for our Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor vacancy:
Responding to customer requests
Booking in vehicles for service / repair
Checking in vehicles
Track vehicle through the workshop
Handover the vehicle
Achieve incremental sales
Use technology effectively
Manage your own performance
Contribute to effective working
Deal with customer complaints
Contribute to improved service processes

YOU the successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
Excellent customer service skills
Full UK DL

Full UK driving licence
