Join our team today.As a Mechanical Craftsperson, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our water treatment assets, pumping stations, and reservoirs. Your work ensures reliable service for communities and helps prevent environmental risks. * Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment
* Manufacture and fabricate parts and equipment
* Provide detailed specifications for replacement parts
* Assist operational teams with complex problem-solving
* Ensure safety compliance using method statements and RAMS
* Participate in standby/call-out rota
What we are looking for:
* A completed apprenticeship in a relevant technical discipline
* A full understanding of related RAMS to deliver an effective and safe maintenance regime
* Experience of working with Waste Water treatment processes would be desirable
* Ability to fault find and repair large complex pieces of mechanical equipment
