VANRATH is assisting in the recruitment of a SHEQ Manager for a large engineering organization. The organization has experienced consistent growth, and the successful candidate will join a reputable company.
Office location: Limavady or Cookstown - Monday to Friday - Permanent role

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and lead the SHEQ strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Promote SHEQ awareness and ensure compliance at all levels of the organization.
3. Manage SHEQ audits, inspections, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
4. Oversee all safety operations at offices, workshops, and sites, ensuring legal and company standards are met.
5. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
6. Lead investigations into incidents and produce reports with corrective actions.
7. Maintain and communicate safety documentation (RAMS, permits, toolbox talks).
Qualifications:
1. Skills in Health & Safety, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health.
2. Experience in a similar role.
3. NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
