Part Time Claims Manager - Green Technology (Commercial Claims) Location: Warrington (hybrid/flexible) Contract: 6-month contract (immediate start) - potential to extend Salary: Circa £50,000 (pro-rata) Hours: Part-time - approx. 22.5 hours per week The Opportunity: We're supporting a well-established organisation operating within the green technology / renewable energy space, who are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of commercial claims relating to solar and wider green technology projects. This is a hands-on role with full end-to-end responsibility for managing historic and ongoing claims, working closely with insurers, brokers, law firms and internal stakeholders to drive timely, commercial outcomes. An immediate start is required, making this an ideal opportunity for an experienced claims professional available on short notice. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of commercial customer and insurance claims within the green technology / solar portfolio Acting as the main point of contact for insurers, brokers, loss adjusters and external law firms Managing claim documentation including schedules of loss, correspondence, expert reports and policy materials Coordinating investigations and evidence gathering with operational, finance, legal and technical teams Monitoring claim spend, reserves and budgets in line with governance and insurer requirements Ensuring compliance with policy conditions and notification obligations Providing clear reporting on claim status, risk exposure and emerging trends to senior stakeholders Driving claims to resolution with a balance of technical accuracy and commercial pragmatism Supporting improvements to claims processes and controls About You: This role would suit someone with experience handling construction-related disputes or complex commercial claims, ideally within energy, infrastructure or renewables.
