Job Description
* The primary focus of this role will be to conduct planned preventative, Multi-disciplined maintenance and reactive works to the buildings plant, equipment, and systems
* Respond to site engineering emergencies on behalf of our clients
* Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets and ensure signed by the client weekly.
* Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks conducted to provide safe working practices.
* Supervise subcontractors effectively
* Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
* A working knowledge and a understanding of the functionality of AHU's, Generators, UPS, A/C, Building Management System will be required
* Having the relevant qualifications and experience for your discipline - 18th Edition is ideal, 17th Edition is a minimum (must be willing to complete 18th Edition, supported byt he company)
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Willing to work 1 in 3 weeks on call (over night & on the weekend, Monday to Sunday)
