POST: Harm Reduction Worker (Part-time, New Vision Bradford contract)
LOCATION: Keighley and Bradford
GRADE: 3; Salary: £20, Actual) £25,704 (FTE)
WEEKLY HOURS: Part-time, 28 hours per week (Monday-Thursday)

We're looking for a Harm Reduction Worker to join our team at Project 6, where you'll play a vital role in supporting people who use our needle exchanges and other services.
What you'll do
As a Harm Reduction Worker, you'll:
* Build trusting relationships with people who use our services, supporting them one-to-one to address drug use and related challenges.
* Support access to housing, benefits, community services, and budgeting advice.
* Help improve health and wellbeing
* Break down barriers that stop people engaging with treatment and recovery.
* Signpost and connect individuals and families to wider supportive services.
* Keep accurate and confidential records and contribute to team meetings.
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* A qualification in Health and Social Care, or substance use support, or equivalent lived/professional experience
* At least one year's experience supporting people affected by drug or alcohol use (personal or professional)
* Strong skills in managing conflict, prioritising caseloads, and using technology to support your work
* A deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and the belief that change is possible.
