Responsibilities
* Act as Electrical Discipline lead for the project
* Collaborate across engineering functions and stakeholders to integrate designs within the overall facility layout and manage interfaces
* Collate and prioritise technical design issues
* Undertake coordination activities to ensure a fully integrated facility design
* Identify scope gaps and support resolution
* Work closely with Project Managers and Package Technical Leads
* Report on project status to Head of Department
* Lead as intelligent customer on discrete packages of work
Qualifications & Experience
* Highly regulated environment (essential)
* Electrical engineering background, preferably power distribution (essential)
* Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and standards (essential) e.g. BS 7671, BS EN 60204, BS EN 62305, BS EN 61000
* Major infrastructure projects (desirable)
* Nuclear (desirable)
Expectations
* UK, able to get SC (can start on BPSS)
* Degree qualified chartered engineer (or significant relevant experience)
* Location: Plymouth (hybrid)
* Duration: Long term (12mths+)
