We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a specialisation in Business Case Writing, particularly experienced in utilising the Government Treasury Green Book. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing, refining, and updating Strategic, Outline and Full business cases that align with our clients' objectives to support effective project delivery.
Reporting directly to our Director for Project & Cost Management, you will be responsible for managing projects and supported programmes, working closely with our clients, stakeholders and colleagues from other Tetra Tech disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop comprehensive business cases in accordance with the UK Treasury Green Book guidelines, providing clarity, coherence, and alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and insights, facilitating the preparation of robust project proposals.
3. Conduct thorough evaluations of project benefits, costs, and risks, providing detailed analysis to support decision-making processes.
4. Prepare and implement a range of project management tools, including risk registers, stakeholder management plans, and quality assurance plans.
