This is an exciting opportunity to support our growth with clients by providing dedicated support for managing employee screening and vetting activities as well as supporting onboarding and offboarding of employees into client roles. You will act as Credera’s dedicated vetting point of contact supporting CISO, Information Governance Manager and Operational Enablement lead as required.
You will be responsible for ensuring employee screening is completed in a controlled and timely manner. You will also be responsible for liaising with Credera and client teams to ensure employees are onboarded and offboarded efficiently and that all necessary client checks and controls are completed. Client onboarding support will be prioritised for our Public Sector clients. Time permitting support will be provided for other sectors.
This role sits in the Client Hub. The role will be for a 18-24-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will be Full Time although we are willing to consider flexible working arrangements including part time or job share.
Here’s what you’ll do
As a Client Onboarding & Vetting Co-ordinator, you will work in the Client Hub and report to the Operational Enablement Lead.
Your role will be focused on the following key areas:
• Coordinating and managing the processing of all security clearance documents for new joiners, transfers and client onboarding
• Owning the end-to-end screening process for new clearances and transfers
• Processing national security vetting and associated annual checks via ADS including invoicing.
• Ensuring sensitive data is managed and stored securely.
• Ensuring appropriate folder and file structure classifications are met internally and transfer of vetting data to clients meets required standards and governance.
• Managing client onboarding activities for clients. Liaising with client security teams to facilitate onboarding of employees into client roles.
• Tracking allocation of client equipment
• Ensuring a contract obligations matrix is in place and is being actively managed by the Account team (where appropriate)
• Prioritising urgent business requests for clearance requests, ensuring appropriate client engagement is maintained.
You will work with the People Function including the Resourcing team who will provide inputs to the clearance process through identification of suitable resources and management of pipeline and assignments.
Client onboarding support will be prioritised for our Public Sector clients. Time permitting support will be provided for other sectors
Who you are
The successful individual will have:
· Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in parallel
· You should have a strong focus on accuracy
· Experience of working with and storing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and documents
· You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work with stakeholders across all functions and all levels within the organisation
· Experience of working towards tight deadlines and under pressure, often with competing priorities
· You should be SC cleared or able to be cleared to SC level
· Ideally you will have previous experience of processing vetting and security clearance
