About the Role
* Deliver outcome‑focused care and support to help people make the most of their lives and remain as independent as possible.
* Demonstrate, promote, and ensure high standards of health and social care for the people living on site.
* Work with the staff team to provide a homely environment.
* Maintain a kind, caring, and compassionate approach on a daily basis.
* Work within the expectations of a care environment that is based upon individualised care focusing on the physical and social well‑being of those living on site.
About You
