This role is based out of the CBRE GWS Head Office at London Bridge, working hybrid.
Responsibilities
Goods receipting POs
Close out Labour POs after reconciliation with the various CBRE ICO entities
Raise and review complex month end journals (Unbilled Revenue, Bonus, WHT etc)
Review of billing tracker for the month ensuring no discrepancies
Review, monitoring and chasing of aged debt – ensuring no aged item is over 60 days ageing.
SOX compliance and liaising with KL on all matters relating to month end sampling.
Balance sheet reconciliations, cost analysis and month end forecast file
Business Partnering with the Amazon operations team (in EMEA and NA)
Communicating with the various stakeholders to ensure there are no gaps in understanding
Support the contract support with billing and purchase order raising during annual leave
Ad Hoc requests and tasks that occur as part of a fast-growing service line
Background of individual
A confident and diligent individual with intermediate finance experience who can manage large volumes of data and information. Someone who is independent and a team player who is confident dealing with people of varying nature. Someone with initiative and attention to detail.
Individual Specifications
Experience working in finance
Preferred to be working towards a finance/accounting qualification
3+ years' experience as an Analyst
Preferred: knowledge of how to use PeopleSoft and Coupa
Strong excel skills
Strong Inter-personal skills
Very strong organisation and ability to prioritise
Ability to manage large volumes of data and to manage trackers
