The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Curriculum Manager– Business to join our forward-thinking team and lead the development and delivery of outstanding business education. This is your opportunity to shape the future of learners and staff alike in a vibrant, inclusive, and ambitious college.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage business curriculum operations, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
* Inspire and support a team of educators through effective line management, coaching, and development.
* Drive curriculum innovation and quality improvement across a range of business programmes.
* Oversee student progress, engagement, and achievement, ensuring a high-quality learner experience.
* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to deliver efficient and effective provision.
* Collaborate with external partners, employers, and stakeholders to enhance curriculum relevance and employability outcomes.

Who You Are:

* A degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject and a teaching qualification (or working towards one).
* Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development within business education.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
* A commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
