As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of the development — guiding customers through their homebuying journey, from first enquiry to handing over the keys to their dream home.

1. 🏠 What You’ll Be Doing


* Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs
* Delivering exceptional service from enquiry to completion
* Guiding buyers through every step of the purchase process
* Managing reservations, paperwork, and compliance efficiently
* Maintaining show homes and presentation standards to the highest level
