Monday to Friday Hours (Daytime only)

~90% fresh, inclusive of all bread and pastry production
~ Chef Manager to manage and develop a dedicated kitchen team
~ A Monday - Friday business, daytime hours only with 10 weeks holiday
A strong Head Chef or Chef Manager with exceptional School or high-quality contract catering background.
A genuine love for food
Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
Chef Manager or Head Chef with experience within busy, pressurised cooking environments
A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
