Product Manager – Orbit AI (EMEA)
What You Will Do
As a Product Manager for Orbit AI, you will drive the growth and success of a mid-sized product line across the EMEA region. You will analyse market dynamics by gathering insights from sales teams, marketing, and customers to shape product direction and maximise value. Working closely with engineering and development teams, you will ensure product specifications meet evolving customer needs and business objectives. This role is critical in accelerating Orbit AI adoption, improving customer success outcomes, and supporting ambitious ShopperTrak growth targets. You will operate as a key connector across commercial and technical teams, enabling regional focus and delivering scalable solutions for diverse markets.

How You Will Do It
7. Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform product strategy
8. Partner with sales and marketing teams to understand regional demands and growth opportunities
9. Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications
10. Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements
11. Support product launches and go-to-market activities across EMEA
12. Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
13. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and commercial stakeholders
14. Provide insights and recommendations to accelerate Orbit AI adoption
15. Contribute to the overall product roadmap and long-term strategy
What We Are Looking For
Required:
16. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
17. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product management, solutions management, or a similar role
18. Proven ability to analyse market data and translate insights into product strategy
19. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, marketing, and engineering teams
20. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
21. Experience working in global or multi-regional environments
Preferred:
22. Experience with AI, analytics, or SaaS-based products
23. Background in retail analytics or shopper intelligence solutions (e.g., ShopperTrak)
24. Experience supporting product growth in EMEA markets
