Job Description
* Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger Administration
* Assisting with preparation of monthly financial statements.
* Conducting detailed financial analysis and reporting.
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
* Supporting the Accounting & Finance team with budgeting and forecasting.
* Managing financial databases and ensuring data accuracy.
* Collaborating with other team members to optimise financial operations.
* Assisting with audits and resolving any discrepancies.
* Participating in financial planning and risk management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* A good understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
