Band 5 Staff nurse – Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Gynaecology Assessment Unit.
The unit operates Monday to Friday 08:00–20:00 and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 08:00–18:00.
Responsibilities
* Provide the highest standard of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualised holistic patient care in collaboration with the multi‑disciplinary team.
* Support daily clinical duties within the unit, including management of patients with pregnancy complications and pregnancy loss, and delivery of miscarriage support and treatment.
* Provide emergency care to all gynaecological patients referred from Accident and Emergency and GP centres.
