About the Role
As a Recruitment Support Coordinator, you will deliver best practice recruitment support as part of an advisory service to our Dyno-Rod franchisees. Your key focus will be to:
* Guide franchisees in creating effective job adverts
* Ensure all recruitment communications are consistent with Dyno-Rod branding
* Support efforts to reduce attrition and improve hiring outcomes across the network

* Contract Type: Contractor role via Adecco (weekly payment through online timesheets)
* Interview Availability: Week commencing 1st September
* Start Date: 15th September 2025
* Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Location: Home-based, with Midlands as the preferred region

Key Responsibilities:
Franchisee Liaison:
* Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day franchisee communications.
* Offer advisory services on recruitment best practices.
* Employ strong communication skills to build relationships and offer support.
* Share candidate leads into franchisee network and maintain a feedback loop.
* Utilise conflict resolution abilities to positively challenge franchisees where necessary.
Indeed & Glassdoor Platform Management:
* Oversee franchisee access to Indeed platform.
* Act as a main point of contact for both Indeed and Glassdoor accounts.
* Develop and maintain a formalised suite of advert templates to facilitate consistent branding.
* Work alongside the Dyno-Rod marketing team to monitor and audit company page on both Indeed and Glassdoor to ensure they are up-to-date and on-brand.
Training and Support:
* Maintain and update the comprehensive guide for leveraging the Indeed platform, including process map and resource tools.
* Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to franchisees on effective recruitment practices.
Advert Monitoring and Optimisation:
* Monitor job advert postings for consistency and branding accuracy.
* Analyse advert performance data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
* Provide monthly or quarterly performance feedback to the business and franchisees, including actionable insights.
* Support with sharing salary market data and insights to aid franchisees in competitive recruiting.
Compliance and Reporting:
* Ensure advertising practices across the network remain compliant and consistent with Dyno-Rod brand guidelines.
* Prepare and submit regular reports for monthly review meetings with the marketing team.
* Build and maintain a feedback loop report suite to include tracking of leaver data.
Collaboration and Innovation:
* Work alongside our existing, strong and well-established wider recruitment teams from within Centrica who can offer support and best practice guidance.
* Collaborate with these teams to establish strong partnerships and develop innovative recruitment solutions together.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in plumbing and drainage recruitment, preferably within an onsite or in-house function.
* Knowledge of franchisee recruitment processes will be advantageous.
* Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and tools.
* Strong interpersonal skills; must be personable, approachable, and able to build lasting relationships.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Keen eye for detail and an ability to work with data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
* Ability to positively challenge franchisees and manage conflicts effectively.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Desirable Attributes:
* Knowledge of creating and managing branded marketing materials and templates.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
