About the Role: As Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the entire internal recruitment 'll work closely with our leadership team to plan hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience from initial contact to offer stage. Your work will directly support the growth of both our recruitment consultant and operational teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full internal recruitment process across our various business functions Collaborate with the leadership team to define role requirements and create talent pipelines.
