3. Shape and implement new finance systems, reporting, and shared services- driving efficiency and future-ready controls for a fast-evolving group.
4. Manage regional financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
7. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
8. Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to enhance efficiency.
9. Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
10. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
11. Provide leadership and guidance to the local finance teams.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Financial Controller should have:
12. A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
13. Proven experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in financial management roles.
14. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance regulations.
15. Proficiency with financial systems and tools, including ERP software.
16. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
17. Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
18. Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
